The legal bits.
Simplified.
Because life is unpredictable… but your wishes don’t have to be.
PEACE OF MIND
You might feel too young to make a Will. You might think Power of Attorney is for “later.” You might just want to understand what your options are — without legal jargon or pressure.
That’s exactly why we created this section. VIN helps you understand what’s needed and why it matters, with easy downloads, plain language guides, and templates to help you get started.
And remember — it’s not just about the paperwork. It’s about backing up the things only you can say.
Living Will - My cares & wishes
If something unexpected happens and you can’t make decisions for yourself, a Living Will (or Advance Directive) makes your wishes clear. It’s where you outline your preferences for medical treatment and care — so loved ones and professionals know what you’d want, even if you can’t tell them.

Power of Attorney
A Power of Attorney (POA) gives someone you trust the legal ability to step in and act on your behalf. There are different kinds depending on your situation:
Ordinary POA – For when you’re still in control, but want help with specific things (like bills while you’re abroad)
Lasting POA (LPA) – For if you lose the ability to decide for yourself in future. It can cover health, finances, or both
Enduring POA (EPOA) – Similar to an LPA but used in some regions, often for financial decisions

Wills
A Will is your way of making sure your wishes are known — and respected. It doesn’t have to be complicated. Think of it as a way to bring clarity, avoid confusion, and share not just what you want to happen, but why.

LEAVE A NOTE WITH IT
Why Leave a Note With Legal Documents?
Because the official documents tell people what — but a personal note helps them understand why.
Legal Reminder:
All templates are starting points — not binding unless properly completed and witnessed.
